Entry Information: Entries are due by 11:00pm on Monday, April 12th
Entries will be done using 2 methods. The primary entry method will be online through
Milestat. Please enter your 10 runners on milestat. The entry page will include
designations for which athletes will run in each wave, as well as your
alternates. The additional entry method will be the VHSL entry form. This form
can be found online at https://www.vhsl.org/cross-country/
under Resources. This form is to be emailed to Scott Morris at scmorris@apps.fluco.org
before the deadline.
Blue Ridge Timing will be the official timer for the Championship meet. blueridgetiming@gmail.com
Following the closing of entries on April 12th, each coach will receive an email of their entries.
Coaches will need to confirm their entries are correct. Confirmation of the 10 athletes
needs to be emailed to Scott Morris at scmorris@apps.fluco.org and
Blue Ridge Timing by 9:00pm on Tuesday, April 13th.
Bib numbers will be assigned to the 10 declared runners. Any 7 of the 10 can run in
the championship race.
Coaches will need designate the waves for their runners 1-5 and 6-7 during
registration. These wave assignments will be posted, but any changes will need
to be sent prior to meet day to Doug at blueridgetiming@gmail.com.

Face Coverings: All coaches, officials, timers, event staff, and spectators are required
to wear face coverings at all times. Athletes competing will wear mask at all times except when actively
competing. Including warms ups and/or
warm downs.
Awards:
Team trophies will be awarded to the first place teams (boys and girls) and the 2nd
place teams (boys and girls) in the championship race
Medals will be awarded to the top 15 finishers in the championship race
All Awards will be awarded to the coach to handout to their teams. Or mailed to the school
State Meet:The top 2 teams
will progress on to the 3A State meet.
The top 3 individual athletes not on these teams will also advance to the 3A State meet.
State meet entry will also use two methods.
Coaches will enter their team (10 runners) online at milestat.
Coaches will email the VHSL State entry form to Scott Morris at Scmorris@apps.fluco.org

The deadline for online entry and the paper entry is
April 12th, 2021
Parking:
Buses are to park in the front field. Teams will proceed to the start line next to
the museum
Spectators will also park in the front field. Spectators for girls/boys race, will be required to leave once there
race is complete
Handicapped parking is in the same area as general parking.Arrangements for drop off can be made if need be.
Admission:$7.00 per spectator, will be sold via ticket spicket(Only) Link to follow
Passes accepted: None at this time.
Tents:Team tents will be allowed in the open field, but must be moved after completion of
their race
Must be socially distanced at all times.
Trainer: Sara Miles, our school trainer, will be
onsite to provide assistance. She will be located near thestart/finish
area. All water must be supplied by each team individually
Results: Results will be available for each
team once the final race is completed. Results will also be posted
on milestat and emailed to the coaches.
T-Shirts: T-shirts will be available for sale.
